You won’t want to miss out on the Winter Fest Wonderland Parade featuring extravagant floats, talented performers, and dazzling displays to celebrate the season. Kings Dominion transforms into a winter wonderland with millions of shimmering lights, breathtaking décor, and lavish displays. The Eiffel Tower will become a 300-foot-tall Christmas tree, and the iconic fountain on International Street will become one of the most beautiful and largest ice-skating rinks around.
Also, King Street in Old Town Alexandria offers more than 200 restaurants and shops to explore while enjoying the beautiful holiday decorations and historic charm. On December 24th, they are hosting a thrilling Waterskiing Santa Show. Santa Claus and his merry crew, including Mrs. Claus, waterski into historic Old Town Alexandria. The pre-show is at 12:45 PM, while the actual show is from 1:00 – 1:45PM. Santa and his crew meet everyone after the show from 1:45 – 2:15 PM.
DC’s Main Streets and commercial corridors have joined together to bring you a spectacular holiday experience. Between November 18 and January 8, take a stroll down each of the participating corridors to experience a dazzling array of lights and décor. Then, cast your vote for the best decorated corridor!
